School Time!

Well the new school year started today and the kids did well.  Lucas moved up to a new class for 3 year olds at Buncombe which will be good for his progression, he had become the "Don" of the 2yr olds.  He has made great strides lately in the potty training area, getting more comfortable with the undies & thanks to Anson & Jed he has plenty of stylish ones to choose from...though often he puts them on backwards...but hey, its a start.  We still have to work on channeling is energy but overall not a bad start, only one rough housing incident.  Bentley started kindergarten at Summitt & did great, first day she was a "Superstar" and got a stamp to prove it.  She is doing the afterschool at Summitt and it seems to be a great school, so far we feel really good there.  We joined the Y and the kids are going to do some swim lessons early this Fall and we will introduce Lucas to a sampler of different sports later in the Fall.
